Initiating is a willingness to start or lead a conversation and to change topics at any time. Initiating is taking the active role to get to know others, reinforce bonds, provide guidance, or keep lines of communication open.
Initiating types seek situations with three or more people. Initiating is colloquially known as extraversion.
