Hypocrisy
When templars are leaning into their vice of hipocrisy, they instruct others without having personal experience. They take the "do as I say, not as I do" approach to helping others. Hipocrisy has its place when a templar is being given enough data to give meaningful help. Hipocrisy is problematic when templars justify their poor character and lack of experience by surrounding themselves with similarly low quality people.
